About me
So who am I?? Well I’m just like anyone else. I live in Leighton Buzzard with my husband and at weekends my step-son. I have a 9-5 job and enjoy spending time with family and friends. So that’s the standard stuff but on top of that I am an Angel/Oracle card reader and Reiki Practitioner. That’s the stuff you’re interested in right? So how did I get here?
I have always been interested in spiritualism and wanted a career where I could really help people and make a difference to their lives.
When I finished my psychology degree back in 2002, I started working with adults with mental illness. It was incredibly rewarding and from there I entered the substance misuse field working with adults and young people in the community and in prisons.
I found that I had a natural way with people that really helped them to see their potential and overcome the sadness and trauma they had experienced in their lives. I really loved it but it was “conventional”, target driven and that was a barrier to positive outcomes. I stayed in the field and worked my way up to senior management (we’ve all got to pay the bills right), but here I realised I was losing myself. The people needing the help were not important, winning contracts was. I was missing doing the real work with people and helping them change their lives. I had forgotten about the spiritual world and got sucked up into business. Something in my head, I now know it was an Angel said STOP! So I did. Crazy right? Or is it?
I left that job and got one that is still in service of people but has given me the time and space to explore my spirituality and be guided towards my life’s purpose.
So here I am, reading cards and delivering Reiki. I’m not bound by the conventions of our society now, I can provide real personalised interventions, guided by the universe and the Angels. It’s great! I can’t wait to see what I’m guided to next to increase the interventions I can offer to people.
Finding the Angels and Reiki has had a dramatic effect on my life. I still get worried, frustrated and all that jazz, but I know I have a huge army of Angels at my back, and an abundant supply of universal energy to help me out, guide me, make sure I have enough of what I need to be happy. And do you know what the truly amazing thing is. I don’t have to keep it to myself. The Angels never run out of love, the universe never runs out of energy. There is more than enough to go around, so I can help you access it too!
